Have no idea why UN-American? In my opinion mashed potatoes with butter and milk in Russian is no worse suited to this dish. But the fish turned out vkwuevca: tender, juicy, lemon ukropina. Just specify in the original recipe - salmon, and I had only pangasius. Was afraid, to be bold, but it turned out fine. Salmon is also supposed to be tender and flavorful. But don't eat the dough!

Cooking
Ingredients for the dough.
Connect the flour, salt, water and eggs.
Knead the dough, wrap in cling film and an hour in the fridge (I kept less).
