Fish in salt dough with mashed potatoes in American
Have no idea why UN-American? In my opinion mashed potatoes with butter and milk in Russian is no worse suited to this dish. But the fish turned out vkwuevca: tender, juicy, lemon ukropina. Just specify in the original recipe - salmon, and I had only pangasius. Was afraid, to be bold, but it turned out fine. Salmon is also supposed to be tender and flavorful. But don't eat the dough!

  • Potatoes

  • Sour cream

  • Cheese
