Snack cake with cous-cous and asparagus
A delicious snack in the form of an open pie made of puff pastry with tender couscous and roasted asparagus layered with cheese! This cake will decorate your table and will make a variety of festive snacks! Very tasty in chilled form! To cook quickly and not difficult, and the result will please everyone!

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    250 g

  • Couscous

    0.333 cup

  • Asparagus

  • Cheese

    4 Tbsp

  • Garlic powder

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

Cooking

Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the packaging, swollen couscous salt and add the ground dried garlic to taste;

From asparagus to cut off "the tops" in length the width of the form, remaining stalks cut into segments of length half of the width of the form and each cut in half lengthwise;

Spread the asparagus in a checkerboard pattern in the middle to put the "apex"; to Grease the asparagus with oil, lightly prisolit and a sprinkle of dried ground garlic;

Bake at 210 degrees for about 15 minutes (focusing on your oven) until done;

To serve, cut portions in the cold as a snack!
