Delicious and aromatic dish in 2 versions.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    400 g

  • Potatoes

  • Squash

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Onion

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Carrots

  • Garlic

  • A bouillon cube

Vegetables cleaned, cut into small pieces. The potatoes boil until soft.

Meat cut into small pieces, fry in vegetable oil, add flour. In a frying pan on high heat to precarity wedges of onion, chunks of carrot, garlic.

2 pot put onions, carrots, garlic, half the potatoes, meat, chopped tomatoes and pepper, the remaining potatoes. The other 2 pots are the same, but instead of potatoes - squash. Sauce No. 1 : 1/2 bouillon cube, sour cream, tomato paste, 3 tbsp liquid from cooking potatoes. Sauce No. 2 : same without sour cream. Fill the pots with potatoes sauce number 1, with the zucchini - sauce No. 2. Put the pots bake in the oven for 45 minutes at a temperature of 200 deg.
