Dumplings with liver in pots
Delicious and satisfying!!!

Ingredients

  • Dumplings

    28 piece

  • Beef liver

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    0.5 cup

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Broth

    1.5 l

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Tomato paste

    3 cup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Yeast dough

    4 piece

Cooking

liver lightly fried

cut pastry lids for the pots (I have 4 pot)

in a deep frying pan saute the carrots and onion added tomato paste and simmer for another 10min.

add sour cream and mix well

add flour

pour in broth and add Bay leaf 10 minutes proverjaem sauce

the pots decompose the dumplings (in my case, 7 pieces in each) on top lay the liver

Bay leaf extracted from the sauce and fill the sauce pots

cover pots with lids of dough and put in preheated oven to 120g. simmering for 20 minutes the dish is ready when the caps will be rosy :)
