Wash the liver in cold water, cut into thin plates

In a pan put a tablespoon of butter, the liver is better not to fry on vegetable oil, from this it becomes bitter to the taste. Put the liver and fry on medium heat until it acquires a uniform cooked color, about 8 minutes
