Whole wheat bread with nuts and seeds
Bread "To Save". I have long wanted to try to bake own whole wheat bread with nuts. And this bread is not simple, but 4 (!) types of whole grain flours: whole wheat, flour whole grain spelt, whole grain barley, whole grain rye. Also includes honey, nuts and seeds. One word — healthy and delicious snack. In the store you can't buy! The recipe was invented. The calorific value of 100 g — 384 KK (BDIM: 11,47; 14:33; 51,35). It turns out the loaf of 460 gr.
