Grape-date-walnut pie
Figs, grapes and nuts go well in baked goods. Pie quite simple, but very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Semolina

    100 g

  • Brown sugar

    30 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Lemon peel

    0.333 piece

  • Cards

    100 g

  • Grapes

    150 g

  • Yogurt

    150 ml

  • Nuts

    50 g

RUB the eggs with sugar.

Add semolina.

Add kefir. To leave the ground for a while to swell semolina. After adding the flour, baking powder, butter (previously melted) and mix well. The batter is the consistency, like thick cream.

Dates clear from the bones. Chop with a knife nuts and dates.

Divide the dough into two parts. One add dates and nuts. In the other the grapes and lemon zest.

Lubricate the form of oil (or cover with parchment paper), pour the batter with dates, from top to gently spread the other piece of dough with grapes. Bake the pie for 30-40 minutes at 200*C. of Course, guided by your oven!
