Walnut muffins
Sweet and soft biscuit muffins with the taste of walnuts.

Ingredients

  • Walnuts

    0.5 cup

  • Flour

    0.75 cup

  • Chicken egg

    4 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Oat flakes

    5 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Vanilla

Cooking

Divide the eggs into yolks and whites. RUB the egg yolks with the sugar.

Adding ground oat flakes and stir. Add the baking powder and vanilla.

Add the sifted flour and stir.

Add the whipped in a solid foam proteins.

Thoroughly mix the dough.

Pour the batter over the cups. Fill molds 2/3 full.

On top of the dough sprinkle with crushed walnuts. When baking, the nuts will sink into the batter and some will remain on the surface. Bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees for about 35 minutes. Readiness check wooden stick. Enjoy your tea!
