Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    500 g

  • Lemon juice

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Pepper white

  • Nutmeg

  • Greens

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Milk

    300 ml

Cooking

Boil potatoes. Mash into a puree, adding butter and cream. Add salt and season with spices.

Form grease with oil. Fillet cut into pieces and put into a form, sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Prepare sauce: heat in a pan the butter, add the flour and cook another couple of minutes. Pour warm milk and cream in stages, stirring constantly. Bring to boil and cook on low heat for 5-6 minutes. Pour still hot sauce over the fish.

In mashed potatoes add the herbs and 1 egg. Carefully whisk.

Put potatoes on top of fish, sprinkle with grated cheese and into the oven on 200 of 45-50 minutes.
