Description

Biscuit-oat muffins
Air and sweet muffins of sponge-oat test.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    4 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    0.75 cup

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

Cooking

Make the dough. Eggs divided into whites and yolks. Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar for 1 minute.

Add flour and stir.

From rolled oats to make the flour and add to dough. Add a pinch of salt and a leavening agent.

Mix thoroughly until smooth.

Whisk whites into a thick foam and add to dough.

The test is divided into two parts. In one part add cocoa powder and stir.

Fill the molds with dough, alternating by color. Put in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes and bake until dry matches. It is served warm or cold. Bon appetit!
