Cooking
Broccoli a good wash. I do it this way: in a deep bowl, pour water, put the broccoli and make a small "stormy". Leave on for 10-15 minutes. During this time, all the sand and all the "animals" down on the bottom of the dish, and broccoli need neat to remove all clean.
Separate the broccoli florets from the legs and chopping them. In forcemeat add eggs, soaked in milk muffin, chopped onion and garlic, season with salt and pepper and knead well. In prepared stuffing add chopped broccoli and knead well together.
In skillet, heat vegetable oil. Lay the formed patties and fry both sides until cooked.
