Cooking
Take the flesh of beef.
Meat cut into long strips.
Hot skourou spread the meat and fry on medium heat a bit, add salt, pepper and favorite spices.
Add water to cover the meat, and cover with a lid, diminish the fire and stew for about 30 minutes.
While the meat cooked, take the eggplants.
Our cut eggplant lengthwise approximately 0.7-1cm.
Roasted eggplant spread on a napkin in drushlag to glass the excess oil.
Take three slice of meat and wrap in a strip of eggplant.
Our rolls should be laid in the pan, where was roasting meat. Add a little water, cover with a lid and stew on low heat for about 15 minutes.
While our spring rolls stew, prepare sauce. Cut onion finely and fry until Golden brown.
Cut bell pepper and add to the onions, continuing to fry.
Add to the onions and peppers, garlic (squeezed in a garlic press), I added instead of garlic 1 cube "little garlic" from Knorr, add 3 tablespoons of tomato paste, add a little water or broth to not very liquid there. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
Our sauce is poured into the rolls, and continue to simmer for about 15-20 minutes without a lid.
