Baklazhanovy rolls with meat in sauce
A very tasty dish! For lovers of eggplant and meat :)

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    3 piece

  • Beef

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    3 Tbsp

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Spices

Take the flesh of beef.

Meat cut into long strips.

Hot skourou spread the meat and fry on medium heat a bit, add salt, pepper and favorite spices.
