Pies – baked pies nesdobnoe from yeast dough with various fillings. Historically, the pies began to prepare from scratch. In fact, the dish originated in the same way as Italian pizza. Very often the houses were left of the lunch and dinner fish or meat pieces, which used for fillings of pies. Pies are often prepared from the remains of sturgeon fish, the dishes of which were on the menu in wealthy homes almost daily. In a more modest income families, the pies were prepared from residues of cereals, cabbage, vegetables, potatoes, and mushrooms. I offer you a simple option stuffed with rice and liver

Ingredients

  • Yeast

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Chicken egg

  • Chicken liver

    250 g

  • Onion

  • Sesame

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

To prepare the dough. For me it did bread. Divide it into 32 pieces. Liver boil, to grate on a coarse grater

Fry the onions until Golden brown, add soy sauce

Combine rice, liver and onions, add the sesame seeds

Roll tortillas, put the filling and make pies

Allow to rise and bake at 175 degrees for about 30 minutes
