Millet burgers with mushrooms
I remember as a child my grandmother cooked millet porridge, and we her children don't really like, children what sweeter, so here it is the next day I added eggs and fried, and it was another dish, but with the sour cream. Today that I remembered these meatballs and I so want one, but I just improved to our taste.

Ingredients

  • Millet

    1 cup

  • Water

    2 cup

  • Mushrooms

    350 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

So. Cook the millet (porridge)at the rate of 1:2. Add salt to taste.

Finely chop the onion and put it into the preheated pan with oil.

Carrot RUB on a small grater and add to onion

Mushrooms finely chop and add to onion and carrots. Well, fry until evaporation of liquid.
