Fish cutlets
Always for new year's table in the house of the red fish, smoked. Taking them in addition to a simple river pike, you can prepare original dish. Moreover, in hot or cold form, it's delicious. And even a small change - instead of the traditional bread component - couscous. Help yourself.

Ingredients

  • Black pepper

  • Parsley

  • Bread crumbs

  • Potato starch

  • Vegetable oil
