Cooking
Pumpkin my, clean, cut into small cubes. Put in a baking dish.
Potatoes wash, peel, cut into cubes. Spread on top of pumpkin. Salt, pepper.
Melted cheese cut into small cubes and spread on top of potatoes. Add water, it should cover the pumpkin and potatoes. The amount of water depends on the chosen form.
For filling mix eggs, sour cream, mustard and tomato paste. Pour on top of casserole. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40-45 minutes. Casserole turns out tender, light and creamy!
