Braided pigtail with curd
Fluffy dough, cheese and lots of greenery. You only have to brew a fragrant tea.

Ingredients

  • Yeast dough

  • Chicken egg

1. Mix in a bowl cottage cheese, cheese, eggs and a large bunch of greens. I took the dill and parsley and lots of green onions. I had a salty cheese, so I'm not salted stuffing, and you make a good choice.

2. Take any yeast dough. Each family has its own recipe of your favorite dough. Roll out into an oval and cut in at the sides.

3. Spread in the center of the stuffing. I did two planochki, so divided in half and the dough and stuffing

5. Grease the top with egg and leave for 20 minutes for proofing.

6. Put in oven at 200°C for 25 minutes.
