Mushrooms in tomato sauce
Mushrooms in tomato sauce is a versatile addition to many dishes of meat and fish and traditional side dishes. Preparing it is quite simple and does not take much time.

Ingredients

  • Dressing

    50 g

  • Canned mushrooms

    200 g

  • Pickled cucumber

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Tomato paste

    3 Tbsp

  • Tomato

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Basil

Cooking

Finely chop the onion and garlic.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Spread and fry the onion and garlic for 5 minutes.

Add canned mushrooms (I have mushrooms) and sauté 10 minutes.

Pickled cucumber peel, grate on a medium grater and fry with onion and mushrooms.

When the vegetables and mushrooms are slightly browned, add the tomato paste and mix well, simmer for 4 minutes.

Pour pureed tomatoes into a bowl and mix with dressing to pickle, MAGGI.

Then add grated tomatoes with vinaigrette to pickle, MAGGI in a pan with mushrooms and vegetables (add salt if necessary), mix well and boil the sauce with the mushrooms for 5-10 minutes.
