Squid in balsamic vinegar with rice
A very tasty dish of squid with red onions in balsamic vinegar that can be served as cold appetizers, and hot dishes.

Ingredients

  • Squid

    150 g

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Balsamic

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

Rice bags TM "Mistral" cook in boiling salted water until tender. Kuban rice is cooked about 25 minutes.

In another saucepan 1 liter of water, bring to a boil, salt them, boil the squid for 2-3 minutes.

Onion cut into half rings, fry in vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes until Golden brown, stirring occasionally.

To the onions, add the squid and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Mix balsamic with sugar and vinegar, pour squid, simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

In a plate spread the rice on top of prepared squid.
