Cooking
Here are our ingredients.
In a bowl, combine the couscous and flour. Yet leave it to one side.
Separate the yolks from the whites.
Proteins whisk in ustoychyvoy foam.
In another bowl whisk the egg yolks with milk, add salt.
Large three cheese on a grater.
Now we start to collect our dough. In kuskusa-flour mixture, add gelci with milk. Stir.
Add cheese and stir again.
Gently beat in the whipped whites.
Here is the dough for pancakes ready.
In a pan heat butter and olive oil.
Using a tablespoon put our pancakes. And fry on both sides until Golden brown.
To remove excess oil, put the pancakes on paper towels.
Serve pancakes with unsweetened yogurt or sour cream.
We had sour cream with dill is a very tasty sauce for these fritters!
