The dish is inspired by the Vietnamese food. Spicy and very tender duck wings, braised with vegetables in soy sauce and baked in the oven, sure to delight fans of Asian cuisine!

Cooking
These are the basic ingredients. I only have the upper part of the duck wings with a total weight of 1 kg.
Onions and carrots chop and lightly fry. Celery, garlic and ginger cut into thin slices.
At the bottom of the Cup multivarki put all the vegetables, then the wings /no salt/ sprinkled on top with garlic. Prepare the sauce, this soy sauce is "Sweet" from TM "Kikkoman" is mixed with 250 ml of cold water and pour this mixture wings. To set the program "Quenching" for 1 hour.
