Cheesecakes
Despite the diversity of recipes for cheesecakes, I wanted to invent something new. Dough combined with blueberry jam and cream cheese turn ordinary pancakes into a gorgeous new treats for Breakfast!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Semolina

    1 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Brown sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Cheese curd

    50 g

  • Sour cream

    1 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

  • Cinnamon

  • Jam

  • Vanilla

Cooking

RUB the cottage cheese and egg.

Add the vanilla, cinnamon, sugar, I have brown, stir.

Add the flour, both kinds, baking powder and semolina, mix well.

The dough should not be liquid, that it can be easy to make lepeshechki with a recess for the filling.

Table a little makeup for whole wheat flour and form the cheesecakes.

For the cream whisk cream cheese, sour cream, vanilla sugar and lemon zest.

On the baking tray lined with parchment paper or a silicone Mat, spread lepeshechki and do them in the middle of recess, I did with a spoon.

Using a pastry syringe or bag do the edging near the indentations of the cream.

The recess is filled with jam.

Bake in the oven at 190-200C for 30 minutes until a beautiful Golden color. Cheesecakes rise, but then settled a bit, but the taste does, enjoy it!!!
