Roll in olive
My dear cooks, tomorrow will be 9 years since I came to our wonderful site. And for this event, I want to offer a dish whose recipe I found in the magazine "Lisa". Author Olga Savo brought it back from France. Hope you like it.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    500 g

  • Sausage

    70 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Mayonnaise

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

Cooking

Each fillet cut into 2 pieces, slightly repel, salt and pepper. Egg boil hard boiled.

Carrot peel and grate on a coarse grater.

In vegetable oil fry the carrots and onions for 5 minutes.

Smoked sausage cut into small cubes.

Vegetables to cool slightly, add half the grated cheese, egg, sausage, mayonnaise. Mix well. The stuffing is ready.

Lay fillets in a single layer, and evenly spread the stuffing on it. This step I somehow missed to take a picture. To roll the roulade.

Tightly wrap in foil. In a preheated 200*C oven bake for 30 minutes Then deploy, sprinkle with remaining cheese and allow to bake for another 5-10 min. to melt cheese, browned (my cheese didn't want to reddening). Can be eaten warm or cold.
