Buckwheat-mushroom burgers with oat bran
Start with the fact that these wonderful cakes are very useful and suitable for diets and fasting. Use buckwheat and oat bran, but the flavor and aroma of wild mushrooms. Good as a standalone dish in combination with different sauces to Your taste. Quick and tasty! Try it!

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    800 g

  • Buckwheat

    1 pack

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    7 tooth

  • Bran

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Vegetable oil

Mushrooms to boil. I had a honey and white, you can take any on Your taste and even mushrooms, but then not have the same aroma and taste of wild mushrooms. Skip the mushrooms through a meat grinder with onions and garlic.
