Description
My family went to the country and had to make a fairly rich cake. Based on the recipe of Lorraine pie or quiche Lorraine, I tried to cook something similar! The cake was very flavorful and very juicy (maybe even slightly too much), to give only drive a quarter of a cake! Bon appetit, AA.

Cooking
-Initially to prepare the dough, so it should be set aside in the refrigerator for an hour. -Egg wash. Break into a bowl, add Basil and diced butter.
-With a fork mix the butter with egg, add water, stir again. The mass of uniform should not be. -Add part of the flour and begin to knead the dough.
-Walnuts grind in a mortar, add to the dough and mix again thoroughly.
-Add the remaining flour, put on gloves and knead the dough. Test ready to roll the ball. Wrap in foil and leave in the fridge for an hour.
-mushrooms and cut into "slices", put on a heated pan, sprinkle garlic powder, salt. Fry until soft (I fried the mushrooms in pieces. As all 700 grams fry in one pan, it was hard!) -Tomatoes cut into cubes, add the mushrooms again and season with salt and fry until cooked mushrooms.
-For filling: 1 egg with cream and finely grated cheese mix well, then add another egg and whisk.
-At the expiration of time to pull out the dough and roll out to the shape. (I have a Teflon-form, so I made parchment paper). Put the dough in shape, form ledges.
-Put into a form of the mushrooms, cheese cut into cubes, put on top of mushrooms.
-Spread the remaining mushrooms.
-Pour on pie filling, sprinkle the remaining grated cheese.
-Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the pie for 25-30 minutes until Golden brown crust!
-Serve slightly chilled. Bon appetit, AA.
