Focaccia with Olives and rosemary
Yesterday did. It was very tasty!!! Found the recipe in the newspaper and decided to cook

Ingredients

  • Flour

    650 g

  • Yeast

    20 g

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Rosemary

    1 Tbsp

  • Olives

  • Olive oil

Cooking

In a bowl, pour warm water ( 2 cups), put yeast, stir and leave for 10 minutes.

Add the flour, salt and knead the dough. Roll it into a ball, put in oiled bowl, cover with film and leave for an hour and a half.

Dough to knead. again roll it into a ball and again to defer for 45 minutes.

Grease the baking sheet with oil. to shift back the dough, distribute evenly and leave for another 10 minutes. Coat the top with olive oil, spread out on the surface of the olive, flatten. sprinkle with the rosemary and leave for 25 minutes ( we did) to push the Focaccia in different places and bake for 25 minutes at 250 degrees!
