Liver muffins with cereals
My men (husband and two sons) flatly refuse to Breakfast without meat. These hepatic muffins cereal is a godsend for a tasty and healthy Breakfast.

Ingredients

  • Flakes cereal

    4 Tbsp

  • Beef liver

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

If you have a food processor (CPU) or a blender, then pre-preparation takes only 5 minutes. The liver is separated from the films, cut arbitrarily. Onions and carrots clean, cut into arbitrarily. All loaded into the bowl of a food processor and grind for about 1 minute.

Add the egg, salt and ground black pepper. Again all whisk for about 30 seconds.

Take the flakes "7 cereals" from "Mistral".

Add the cereal to the liver. In a new package "Mistral" very comfortable "spout" dispenser. Add the baking powder. Again mix everything together for about 30 seconds. "Dough" should be the consistency of liquid sour cream.

Take molds for baking, for reliability lubricated brush with vegetable oil. Pour into molds liver-grass mixture to 3/4 volume. On top put the pieces of cheese (can grate or chop). Put in heated to 220 degrees oven for 25 minutes.
