Quick and delicious fish cakes.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    700 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Bread

    3 slice

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Salt

  • Seasoning

    1 tsp

Bread pour the milk or water. The potatoes and peel the onion. The fish is cut into pieces. Fish, potatoes, oil, onion and bread grind in a meat grinder with small bars 2-3 times. Add seasoning for chicken, salt and pepper to taste, and mix well. You can add chopped green onions and parsley. I have not added because I did not have them.

Wet hands to form cutlets and fry on medium heat on one side without cover. Turn them over, cover and fry until cooked.

Serve cutlets with any side dish.
