Cheesecake with plums
A delicious pie pudding. Light acidity gives drain. Good serve for Breakfast or just for tea.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Milk

    75 ml

  • Drain

    250 g

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Salt

  • Lemon juice

    1 piece

  • Vanilla

    2 g

Cooking

For the dough: 125 g butter, beat 125 g sugar, 2 eggs and a pinch of salt, pour in the milk.

Pour the sifted flour with half a sachet of baking powder.

Knead the dough.

Detachable form grease with oil, put into it the dough.

Curd RUB through a sieve.

2 eggs divided into whites and yolks. To cottage cheese add egg yolks, 75 g sugar, vanilla, lemon juice and half a bag of baking powder.

Mix well.

Beat the whites to a froth with a pinch of salt.

Carefully add beaten egg whites to the curd mass.

Mix everything carefully.

Put the cottage cheese in the dough.

Plum wash, remove seeds, cut into halves and spread on top of cheese cut up.

Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 50 minutes.
