Description
Very tasty and flavorful braised cabbage. Cabbage is the basis of my diet. So I try to cook it as diverse as possible. Often the carcass of her here on this Asian style with vegetables and seaweed. Spices and the method of stir-fry allow to get crispy and juicy cabbage, unlike our usual dish. And the addition of rice makes the dish satisfying. Cooking
Vegetables cleaned, washed and dried. Rice to measure.
Cook rice according to instructions. I take less water – 1:1,5.
Finely chop the vegetables into strips.
Shred cabbage into strips larger.
Nori cut with scissors into strips.
Heat in a wok 2 tablespoons of oil, put brown sugar quickly, stirring constantly, fry the vegetables without cabbage a couple of minutes.
Add sesame oil and put the cabbage. Stirring, fry until rainfall and the first signs of roasted flavor. Turn down the heat a little and pour soy sauce. Simmer, stirring occasionally.
On a separate pan-and-spoon oil to fry the mince before friability and it will turn brown. Add chili strips and warm up. Drive egg and mix with ground beef. Fry until cooked eggs.
Put in the cabbage nori and immediately stir.
Put the rice, add the sesame seeds.
Pour oyster sauce and mix thoroughly. Lean base.
To save half, and in the wok to spread the minced meat, mix well and heat a minute together.
