Chicken with grapefruit and rosemary
Aromatic and spicy chicken is always a great option for family lunch or dinner! And when it's warm and you want to nature-you can take it with you -it will perfectly complement your spring picnic!

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Grapefruit

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    150 cup

  • Rosemary

    5 sprig

  • Paprika sweet

    2 Tbsp

  • Turmeric

    1 tsp

  • Ginger

    2 tsp

  • Water, carbonated

    1500 ml

Cooking

The chicken soak in sparkling mineral water for a couple of hours (in the water add 100 ml of soy sauce TM"Kikkoman" and ground ginger)-if you want your favorite spices

Onion (one piece) grate on a coarse grater

Knife to crush the garlic cloves

Onions and garlic to combine with spices

Add 50 ml of soy sauce TM"Kikkoman"

Remove the chicken from the brine, place in a baking pan, wrap the wings with foil and begin to smear it with a mixture of their soy sauce, spices and onions
