Bhaji cauliflower
Spicy and tangy cauliflower fried in aromatic oil until crisp, served with homemade spicy tomato sauce is a wonderful tasty snack, great appetizer for dinner, a decent dinner if you make it bigger. By the way-no matter how much make-hardly anything left for tomorrow!
