Cooking
Millet rinse in cold water until transparent. Boil according to the instructions until tender, if necessary to evaporate all the water.
Peel the carrot, wash and grate on a fine grater.
To the millet, add the carrots and tofu. Mix well.
Sift the flour with the salt and again mix well. Needs to be quite tight mass.
Their millet mass to form small balls, the size of about a walnut and roll in breadcrumbs.
Oil pour in a small dish, for example in the ladle. Heat the oil over high heat, then turn on medium heat and fry in oil croquettes until Golden. Croquettes remove with a slotted spoon and put on a napkin to get rid of excess oil.
