Cooking
For the sauce: in a bowl mix the sour cream, mustard and soy sauce. Stir to combine all ingredients.
Pink salmon from the bones and skin, mash with a fork and add it to the sauce.
Finely chop the dill and cut the bell pepper into small cubes.
Herbs and pepper add the salmon, mix well. A bit of pepper.
Put the mass into molds for baking. Break the egg on top, the yolk should remain intact. Bake in a preheated 180 degrees oven Colo 20 minutes.
