Cellophane with daikon and bean sprouts

Ingredients

  • Pork

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Daikon

    0.5 piece

  • Sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Pepper green

    1 piece

  • Sprouts

    150 g

  • Cellophane

    70 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sesame oil

    1 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • A mixture of spices

    1 pinch

Cooking

Funchoza pour boiling water for 5 minutes, then rinse with cold water and dry well. Or cook according to instructions. Meat cut into sticks across the grain, onions and vegetables to be finely chopped as julienne.

Heat tablespoon of oil in a wok or frying pan and fry the pork on all sides to blush.

Add more butter. Spread the onion and pepper, stir and fry a little. Add daikon radish, cook, stirring, until tender.

Add the carrots, sprouts, canned, pour soy sauce and sesame oil and stew for 3-4 minutes, stirring.

Sprinkle with spices, a little salt and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Remove from heat and add funchoza. Mix and allow to stand 10 minutes.
