Ingredients

  • Liver pork

    300 g

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Onion

    4 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

    0.5 tsp

  • Wine red sweet

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Liver wash, dry, cut into steaks with a thickness of 8 mm.

Mix the flour with salt, pepper and paprika.

Coat the steaks in flour.

Spread on a pan heated with butter and vegetable oil. Fry on one side for 2-3 minutes and another 1 minute.

Ready steaks spread on a plate and cover with foil.

Meanwhile, make the sauce. Cut onion into half rings, put in skillet heated with oil along with herbs de Provence, sauté for 2 minutes.

Then add the soy sauce and a spoonful of flour left over from breading.

Immediately add the wine and evaporate it to about 2 minutes.

Final touch add water and cook the sauce until thick.
