Cooking
Mackerel can be separated from bones and skin. Cut into large squares.
Vegetables cut like in the photo. In a heated with oil pan, put the vegetables, stir and simmer for 15 minutes.
After a time in the pan, place the mackerel, stir, simmer under a lid for 10 minutes.
Then add the soy sauce, ketchup, tomato paste and salt, stir simmer for 5min.
