Fish ROE in sweet and sour sauce
Delicate salmon ROE with vegetables in a fragrant thick sweet and sour sauce is a great choice for dinner with family. The dish is quick and easy!

Ingredients

  • Fish ROE

    300 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Chili

    0.5 piece

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

  • Vegetable oil

  • Flour

  • Black pepper

  • Water

    150 ml

  • Sugar

    1.5 tsp

  • Sesame

Cooking

ROE before cooking, you need to defrost, rinse well and dry. Cut into pieces with a size of 3x3 cm.

Milt lightly roll in flour. In skillet, heat vegetable oil, to shift the ROE and fry on medium heat for 10-15 minutes.

Fried fish ROE to put it into the plate.

Onions, carrots and Bulgarian pepper cut into equal small cubes.

Vegetables to shift in the same dishes where milk was prepared, if necessary, pour sunflower oil. Sauté vegetables for 5-7 minutes.

Add the tomato paste, sugar, pour soy sauce and water. Mix well and simmer for another 15 minutes.

Add the chopped garlic, chilli, pepper, to shift the milk, stir and cook for another 5 minutes.

At the end sprinkle with finely chopped greens.

The finished dish serve hot, sprinkled with sesame seeds. On the side are perfect boiled unsalted rice.
