Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

  • Salt

  • Turmeric

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Bread crumbs

    6 Tbsp

Minced meat mixed with sour cream, salt, add seasoning to taste.

Carrots cut into thin strips and blanchere in boiling water 2-3 min. If using frozen beans, it should be blanched.

Form patties, spreading the carrots and beans to Your taste.

Ready cutlets dip them in breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil.

While the meatballs are fried, cook the rice as indicated on packaging (basmati rice TM "Mistral" brewed 12min.) 2 minutes before end of cooking rice add the water where it is boiled rice, turmeric.
