Description
Wizards is Belarusian draniki with a filling (usually meat or mushroom). Wizards consist of three layers: top and bottom potatoes, and in the middle – the filling (in our case, is ground meat).

Cooking
Prepare the filling. Mix the mince, onion, herbs, salt
Potatoes and carrots to RUB on a small grater. Take the cheesecloth and squeeze grated dough. Add the egg, salt, pepper mixture.
Heat the pan. Take the palm a little grated dough, make the cake, in the middle put a slice of meat and form a meatball. Fry in a pan on both sides.
Roasted witches put in a roaster, fill it with water half. Put in oven for 30-40 minutes at 160 gr. Serve with sour cream.
