Stuffed chicken drumsticks
Seen on our favorite website with a few options of fillings for stuffed chicken legs. But I would venture to suggest another option, which is popular in my family!

Ingredients

  • Chicken's leg

    8 piece

  • Figure

    0.5 cup

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Shrimp

    250 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Rice "amber" TM "Mistral" cook in boiling salted water until tender (about 20 minutes). Drain the water.

The legs, being careful not to damage, pull the skin down to the bone.

The bone from the meat cut, leaving the last joint.

Remove meat from bones and finely chop.

Shrimp boil in boiling water according to pack, to clean.

Onion finely chopped, pepper cut into small cubes. Vegetables fry in vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes.

To the vegetables add the chicken and chopped shrimp, season with salt and pepper and fry for 5-6 minutes.

Add the rice, mix well.

Received filling to stuff chicken "stockings", put them in refractory form, from above to grease with vegetable oil. Preheat the oven to 180 deg., bake for 40 minutes.
