Beans Mexican
With the onset of autumn always want to enjoy a hearty hot dish. Offer you to travel a bit and to try the spicy Mexican soup with beans.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    1 cup

  • Bacon

    150 g

  • Sausage

    5 piece

  • Chorizo

    4 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 piece

  • Allspice

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

  • Broth

    500 ml

Cooking

Soak the beans overnight. Cook in salted water until tender, drain and rinse.

Chorizo sausage is quite fatty, so I pre-boiled them for 15 minutes separately, making small incisions. You can skip this step and use chorizo for like a true Mexican!

Big onion and tomato slice

Fry the onions with a little olive oil

Chop the bacon and chorizo

Add to the pan the onions and fry. Place the tomatoes and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes under the lid

Add sliced sausage and red hot pepper, salt

Put in a pot of beans and pour the broth, simmer for another 10 minutes under the lid.

Sprinkle with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
