Cooking
Breast wash, dry and cut into medium size pieces.
The breast pieces, lightly season with salt and breaded in flour. Carefully shake off the excess flour and fry in vegetable oil on both sides for couple of minutes. Place on a plate.
Apple wash, peel, cut into pieces. In the same oil where we fried the breast and fry the apricots and Apple. Dried apricots I improvised.
Pour cream, add salt, pepper, marjoram and turmeric (I forgot to add the photo). Saute 10 minutes.
Put the breast pieces in a creamy sauce and stew for another couple of minutes (due to the turmeric sauce in the photo turned out greenish)
