Pork envelopes
This dish is prepared very simply and quickly. But can be served for the holiday table and guests will be pleasantly surprised.

Ingredients

  • Black pepper

  • Ketchup

  • Mayonnaise

    150 g

  • Ham

    200 g

  • Dutch cheese

    150 g

  • Mushrooms

    5 piece

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Pork chops

Pork fillet cut into 4 thick portions of the piece. Each piece is cut and open like book.

Ham (low-fat variety) cut into 4 thin plastic half the size of the meat piece. Cheese cut into strips. Mushrooms cut into slices. In our "little books" put a slice of ham, strip of cheese and sliced mushrooms.

Cover the toppings with the other half of the meat, season with salt and pepper and season with favorite spices, place the product prepared in a pan with hot vegetable oil. Fry on both sides until Golden brown.

Fried envelopes to put in the oven and cook until ready within 15-20 minutes at 180 gr. For sauce ketchup mixed with mayonnaise. On a plate pour the sauce, put our envelopes and decorate to taste. Serve with mashed potatoes.
