Cooking

step-0
Prepare the peppers, "Hawaiian blend", boil the rice in salted water. Sell a "Mexican blend", it has rice, but there is little other vegetables, and I just don't like the frozen rice, cooked al'dente.
step-1
We clean the peppers, "Hawaiian blend" mix with rice, pepper, salt to taste. To the filling was more "connected", you can add a little flour.
step-2
Fill the peppers with this mixture of vegetables and rice.
step-3
Dip the pepper side with the filling in the flour so that when fighting it is not "crawled".
step-4
Put the peppers in the slow cooker.
step-5
Carrots cut into circles, onion half rings, garlic in large pieces.
step-6
Add the chopped vegetables and the peas of fragrant pepper for stuffed peppers in slow cooker and pour tomato juice (or diluted tomato paste).
step-7
I love boiled corn so I decided to cook it at the same time. On the bowl with the peppers put the grill to steam vegetables and put it in corn.
