Quiche with cottage cheese and carrots
A gentle blend of savory cheese and carrots with herbs and cheese. Easy and delicious tart hot or cold.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Carrots

    500 g

  • Greens

    2 coup

  • Cream cheese

In a bowl pour the flour, salt, beat 1 egg, grate the butter and add 2-3 tablespoons of cold water. Knead the dough. Cover and put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
