Cooking
In a bowl pour the flour, salt, beat 1 egg, grate the butter and add 2-3 tablespoons of cold water. Knead the dough. Cover and put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Here's my cottage cheese and cream cheese
In a bowl put cottage cheese, cream cheese, beat in 5 eggs. Season with salt and pepper, add the greens.
All thoroughly beat with a mixer.
