Polpettone of veal with carrots
Polpettone is meat loaf originally from Italy. Today I want to share with you the option of cooking. Very tasty and easy lunch or dinner with a side dish of vegetables.

Ingredients

  • Veal

    300 g

  • Bread

    50 g

  • Milk

    70 g

  • Bread crumbs

    4 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    4 piece

  • Broth

    300 ml

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Garlic powder

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Bread pour the milk and leave for 5-10 minutes so it is softened.

Veal, to mince.

Peel the onion and finely chop. In a bowl, mix the mince, bread, milk and chopped onion.

Pour in the soy sauce. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.

I had sauce "Kikkoman".

The obtained minced meat to divide into 3 parts. Roll meat loaves. Roll in breadcrumbs from all sides.

Peel the carrot and cut into thin circles.

In a pan pour oil, heat it. Fry the meat loaves on all sides over medium heat.

Pour the broth, salt, pepper, add favorite spices for meat (I have dried garlic). Bring to a boil, cover, reduce the heat to small and cook for about 40 minutes, turning the meat loaves. Serve with carrots. Optionally, you can prepare an extra side dish.
