Pies with cabbage
My version of all your favorite pies.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    0.5 l

  • Margarine

    0.5 pack

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Yeast

  • Sugar

    4 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 l

  • Flour

    4 cup

  • Cabbage

  • Onion

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

All products for the dough out of the refrigerator an hour before cooking. Put margarine in milk and put in a water bath or small fire.

When the margarine melts completely, let cool slightly and add eggs.

Add salt, sugar, sift flour (a little more than half portion), add dry yeast. Allow to stand for 15 minutes warm.

Knead the dough, gradually adding flour. NOTE: when thrashed for 4 cups of flour, add carefully, a good vimosewa. The dough should remain soft. The surface of the dough lightly grease with vegetable oil, cover with a damp cloth and set in a warm place for 1-1,5 hours.

When the dough has risen, obtinem and immediately sculpt cakes. For the proof, leave for 5-7 minutes, no more. Lubricates the beaten egg and bake for 40 minutes on medium heat.

Filling: thinly cut the onion and priceseven it (to "thinking"). Add the sliced cabbage, salt, pepper and bring almost ready. Ready-made cakes grease the top with butter or sprinkle with water and leave under a towel for 30 minutes.
