Cooking
Products. Cooking time does not include the time needed for marinating the chicken.
To prepare the marinade: mix soy sauce ( I TM "Kikkoman"), 1st. spoon oil, black pepper and dried Basil (1ch. L.).
Marinate the chicken for at least 40 minutes.
Wash vegetables. Young zucchini cut into not thin half-rings, tomato and red pepper cubes, onion arbitrarily, finely chop the garlic. While we cook a chicken, at the same time, boil the pasta (small horns) according to the instructions.
In a deep frying pan or skillet to reheat. 2st. spoon oil, fry chicken on medium heat until Golden brown on one side. Flip, add the onion, garlic and red pepper.
After 5 minutes add the tomatoes and remaining marinade. Fry stirring occasionally until cooked all the vegetables (about 15 minutes).
Parallel to dry, or lubricated with oil, pan fry the slices of zucchini on both sides.
Add zucchini, and olives to the chicken, adjust salt and pepper to taste. Turn off the heat and cover with lid. Serve the dish hot. You can mix the pasta with the sauce directly in the pan, but can be nice to spread the sauce on the horns.
