Chicken roulade stuffed with pancakes
Delicious cold appetizer for any holiday table. Satisfying, beautiful and original. If the fed pancakes for the pancake week they can successfully attach and tasty.

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    1000 g

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    6 piece

  • Paprika sweet

    1 Tbsp

  • Gelatin

    2 Tbsp

  • Cranberries

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Parsley

    3 sprig

  • Spices

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    5 Tbsp

  • Oat flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Sweet pepper

  • Black pepper

For pancakes, combine the yogurt, salt, sugar, egg.

We will add two kinds of flour (wheat and oat), add the yeast SAF-Moment. Pour the vegetable oil. Mix well.

Let it stay for 20-30 minutes in a warm place and bake the pancakes.

This loaf is better to take a small chicken, about 1-1,2 kg. So the loaf easier to slice and the table looks beautiful. Liberate the chicken from the bones, leaving the bones only in the legs and wings.

Salt and pepper the chicken. Seasoning spices for chicken.

Prepare the filling for pancakes. Fry the onion, add to it the mushrooms, cut into thin slices. Cook until soft mushrooms.

Sweet pepper we shall cut cubes. Add to skillet peppers, paprika and dried cranberries. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook another five minutes.

When stuffing has cooled slightly, add gelatin and chopped parsley.

Inside of the chicken sprinkle with gelatin. On pancake put the filling and roll roll. The chicken put the stuffed pancakes. In a small fit 5-6 chicken pieces.

Fasten the belly with toothpicks. Bake in the oven for 50 minutes.

Mix mustard with sugar. 10 minutes before readiness'll get a loaf and coat top with mustard.
